Business Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Monitor daily marketplace operations and troubleshoot shift execution in real time.
• Coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to meet customer staffing needs.
• Support workers before, during, and after shifts while resolving platform issues.
• Manage worker communications, staffing fulfillment, and clock-in and clock-out accuracy.
• Identify improvements to processes, internal tools, and products.
• Build and continuously improve standard operating procedures and support worker-vetting initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer success, business support, or a similar role at a fast-growth company.
• Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer management, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Customer empathy, attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to handle hands-on work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, weekends, weekdays, and weeknights.
