Change and Configuration Data Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Kent, Washington, within the Greater Seattle Area. Relocation assistance is available. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.

Base pay for Washington applicants: $112,059.00–$156,882.60 annually.

What you will do

• Manage change requests and document proposed configuration changes for the Blue Ring program.
• Support change impact identification and facilitate change control boards.
• Update change implementation tasks and provide configuration services to product teams.
• Manage requirements and engineering-document data, including revision and configuration control.
• Ensure configuration management methods meet customer requirements.
• Identify process improvements and establish product and process performance metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in aerospace change management or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, business, and technical skills.
• Familiarity with technical aerospace design, robust business processes, configuration management toolsets, and configuration databases.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kent, Washington.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.
• Ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and contribute to an inclusive workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining Contract Data Requirement Lists.
• CMII certification or training.
• Experience with change management tools and configuration databases.
• Familiarity with export control regulations.
