Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support full-cycle recruiting.
• Prescreen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, prepare offer letters, and complete onboarding documentation.
• Build candidate pipelines for niche Salesforce and AWS talent using standard and creative sourcing strategies.
• Recruit and network through social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs.
• Maintain job postings, help standardize job descriptions, and coordinate follow-up with practice leads and recruiting teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or Amazon AWS space.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, and calendars.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates by phone.
• Competitive, goal-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with recruited consultants.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting.
