Sr Product Manager, Perfusion System Platform (Bioprocessing)

Location: On-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States, or Portsmouth, United Kingdom. Approximately 25% domestic or international travel required.

Annual salary: $157,000–$177,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.
• Develop product roadmaps, gather customer insights, and create business cases to prioritize investments.
• Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Develop portfolio and offering strategies to improve product positioning, market adoption, and global platform utilization.
• Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product commercialization, or a related field.
• Knowledge of market analysis, new product introduction, product lifecycle management, and product quality investigations and improvement.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Marlborough, United States, or Portsmouth, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-use bioreactor systems, upstream cell culture operations, or bioprocessing technologies involving perfusion processing.
• Experience leading new product development, product launches, or lifecycle management in regulated life sciences, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or medical technology industries.
• Experience working with biopharma customers to gather voice-of-customer insights and influence platform adoption.
