Senior Product Manager (BioProfile)

Location: On-site in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. Monday to Friday during general business hours; domestic and international travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Own the commercial and strategic direction of the BioProfile product portfolio, supporting sales, revenue, profitability, and five-year planning objectives.
• Develop product improvements, new products, business cases, customer requirements, product specifications, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead product launch and go-to-market strategies with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Build product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, sales training, product collateral, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with customers and regional leaders to identify market needs, revenue drivers, workflow pain points, and opportunities for new products.
• Support R&D and project management teams by prioritizing features, answering technical questions, and tracking development milestones.

Requirements

• Biotechnology development background and more than 5 years of product management experience in biopharmaceutical markets and technologies.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cell culture or fermentation process development in laboratory research or manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of nutrient, metabolite, gas analysis, and cell-counting systems used in biotechnology applications.
• Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA validation protocols.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and interpretation, with strong interpersonal, leadership, technical, and commercial skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Waltham, Massachusetts and travel domestically and internationally as required.
