Senior Upstream Product Manager, Monitoring - Acute Care and Monitoring (MedTech)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, United States; minimum four days per week onsite

Salary: $134,400–$201,600 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap priorities for monitoring platforms across acute and remote care settings.
• Own lifecycle management for acute care monitoring, remote patient monitoring, and the Vital Sync platform.
• Lead voice-of-customer activities with clinicians, care teams, and health systems.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into product requirements and investment decisions.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, downstream marketing, and regional teams to develop and launch new capabilities.
• Support adoption initiatives, portfolio expansion, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or an advanced degree with the required professional experience.
• At least 7 years of product management, product marketing, or related experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, software, or digital health; advanced-degree candidates need at least 5 years.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available for this Senior-level role.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the applicable H-1B educational requirements under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Nice to have

• Experience with patient monitoring, remote monitoring, or connected care solutions.
• Experience in digital health, software, or medical device environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and product planning skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a global matrix organization.
