Director Inclusion - Data, Insights & Operations (Diversity and Inclusion)

Location: Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Lead Inclusion analytics, dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and key performance indicators.
• Translate workforce, demographic, and portfolio data into trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Establish reporting routines, planning mechanisms, controls, and governance practices for the Inclusion portfolio.
• Manage budget administration, forecasting, expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Human Resources, Legal, ESG, and business leaders on reporting, planning, and enterprise priorities.
• Lead and develop the team through coaching, accountability, and capability building.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics, reporting, KPI development, financial management, and budget forecasting.
• Experience preparing presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to investigate complex problems and communicate detailed information clearly.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to turn long-term priorities into measurable action plans.
• Experience developing strategic team goals, coaching employees, and leading team performance.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
