Workday Integrations Lead - Manager (Workday): Leading the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations for large-scale enterprise implementations with an accent on Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and integration architecture. Focus on managing concurrent implementation programs, guiding distributed delivery teams, integrating payroll and enterprise systems, and driving complex technical decisions with executive stakeholders.
Location: Toronto, Canada — 55 University Ave
Base salary: CAD 130,000–160,000 per year. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation: CAD 156,000–192,000.

What you will do
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, design, development, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.
- Lead and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Orchestrations, Cloud Connect Solutions, Document Transformation, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Manage large-scale Workday implementation programs and multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead geographically distributed delivery teams, including offshore resources.
- Establish technical standards, reusable assets, and integration frameworks while staying current with Workday releases and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations.
- At least 4 years of Workday integration experience across multiple Workday product areas.
- Strong expertise in Workday integration architecture, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services, and Orchestrations.
- Experience integrating payroll, benefits, financial, recruiting, identity management, banking, and custom enterprise systems.
- Experience in solution architecture, technical advisory, client relationship management, stakeholder management, communication, and complex technical decision-making.
