Manager, Program Management (People Analytics)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; primary location at 1940 Argentia Rd, Mississauga, ON.

Salary: CAD 91,900.00–126,390.00 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of People Analytics approaches that improve People Services and broader People processes.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret complex People data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business and People requirements into analytics requirements, solution designs, delivery plans, and actionable recommendations.
• Establish KPIs, build dashboards and reports, and create data visualizations for operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Lead analytics and data-solution requests through intake, prioritization, design, testing, and implementation with business and technology partners.
• Support data-quality improvements, integrations, automation, forecasting, predictive analytics, vendor coordination, and emerging AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience creating reports with SSRS and working with SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and Google BigQuery.
• Experience translating business requirements into data and analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation planning.
• Knowledge of People Analytics, HR datasets, data quality, data integration, ETL, automation, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of People Analytics and People Data.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve data solutions and operational efficiency.
