Global multi-manager hedge fund investing across Quant, Tactical, Fundamental Equity, and Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income strategies.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day business management for the Macro & Fixed Income platform, including business plans, growth initiatives, process improvements, and compliance with strategic goals.
• Assist with onboarding Macro and Fixed Income portfolio manager teams, including market-data entitlements and trading-system connectivity.
• Maintain KPI and business-metric dashboards, present insights, and support cost-benefit analysis for data, analytics, and technology spending.
• Coordinate projects across operations, treasury, compliance, technology, legal, and regional teams.
• Support adoption of AI-powered tools, including LLMs for research synthesis, NLP for news and sentiment analysis, and GenAI for workflow automation.

Requirements

• Degree or current studies in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Interest in financial markets, particularly rates, FX, and fixed-income products.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Interest in AI/ML tools, trading technologies, and market-data platforms.
• Project-management, prioritization, communication, organization, and collaboration skills, including the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
• Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive trading and financial information.

• Experience in financial services through academic projects, coursework, or prior placements.
