Real Estate Intern

What you will do

• Build and maintain cash flow, returns, and sensitivity models for real estate acquisitions.
• Conduct market research and sector analysis to support investment theses and deal sourcing.
• Support transaction due diligence by coordinating accounting, legal, tax, and consulting advisors.
• Assist with acquisition financing, lender communications, term sheet reviews, and transaction structuring.
• Prepare investment committee memos and presentations covering valuation and risk assessment.
• Support negotiation processes, documentation review, and portfolio performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong academic record from a premier educational institution.
• Prior investment banking, private equity, or consulting experience with a corporate finance or real estate focus is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, persistent, self-starting, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
