Inventory Management Support E - Logistician (Aerospace)

Location: Hurlburt Field, Florida; onsite. Rotating shifts may be required, including extended schedules of up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week during mission needs. The role requires CONUS and OCONUS deployment eligibility and travel with maintenance recovery teams.

What you will do

• Manage aircraft spares, consumables, materials, tools, equipment, and inventory transactions for the OA-1K Skyraider II site.
• Monitor stock levels, backorders, lead times, shipment status, replenishment, procurement requests, and intersite transfers.
• Receive, inspect, store, issue, package, ship, turn in, and document aircraft parts and support equipment.
• Maintain property, tool, classified-item, sensitive-material, and asset accountability records.
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy research, calibration tracking, and inventory reporting.
• Coordinate with the Site Lead, maintenance personnel, Program Material Manager, supply-chain partners, and customer representatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in inventory management, supply support, warehousing, shipping and receiving, property accountability, logistics operations, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance; security clearance eligibility requires US citizenship.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite, adjust schedules, travel, and meet deployment, medical, physical, training, passport, and theater-clearance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate material priorities, records, and logistics execution at a small aviation site.

Nice to have

• Active US Secret security clearance and a valid US Passport.
• Military, aviation, aircraft-maintenance, or contractor logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning and inventory-management systems.
• Knowledge of ITAR, IATA, 49 CFR, COMSEC, classified-material controls, calibration programs, and property disposition.
• Experience supporting Air Tractor 802, OA-1K, or comparable aircraft logistics requirements.
