Financial Management Functional Team Lead (DoD)

Salary: USD 130,000–170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead financial management support across Defense Health Agency medical product development programs and portfolios.
• Support Strategic Portfolio Analysis Reviews, Program Objective Memorandum builds, annual spend plans, and PPBE activities.
• Support budget formulation, justification, execution monitoring, financial reporting, and senior leadership briefings.
• Develop life-cycle cost estimates, financial schedules, sustainment plans, business cases, and fiscal risk reviews.
• Track obligations, disbursements, appropriations, expenditures, invoices, and unliquidated obligations.
• Coordinate financial management personnel and provide subject matter expertise across multiple programs and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance or above.
• 12+ years of experience supporting federal financial processes.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD financial management and the PPBE process.
• Experience with budget planning, formulation, execution, financial reporting, POMs, and spend plans.
• Experience with life-cycle cost planning and financial schedules.
• Familiarity with ACEIT and advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
