Assistant Vice President, Healthcare Insights

Location: Remote in the United States; Chicago preferred. Occasional travel of 0–10% is required, with a home office and proximity to an airport.

Salary: $130,000–$195,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, launching, maintaining, and evolving the Insights Engine.
• Build a trusted health-system intelligence capability that supports consulting work and complex client questions.
• Apply health-system market, financial, operating, and performance data to guide measures, methodologies, and insights.
• Translate business needs between leaders, healthcare subject-matter experts, data scientists, and technology professionals.
• Establish standards for data quality, analytical validation, source reliability, documentation, and responsible use of insights.
• Drive adoption across consulting teams and improve the capability based on business needs and user feedback.

Requirements

• Significant experience in healthcare consulting, health-system finance, healthcare market analytics, healthcare benchmarking, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of health-system financial and operating performance, including financial statements, operational metrics, and performance indicators.
• Experience leading complex analytical, data-enabled, or technology-supported initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving, project leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
