Senior Project Manager (Lighting Control Systems)

Location: Winter Garden, Florida, United States; requires walking construction job sites, climbing, lifting, operating power tools, and working from ladders up to 15 feet.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage lighting control and integration projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead, coach, balance workloads, and provide performance feedback for Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Monitor schedules, risks, budgets, labor utilization, forecasts, billing accuracy, and project profitability.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training while maintaining compliance with project management processes.
• Develop and standardize standard operating procedures for project management workflows.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve resource constraints and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, electrical systems, controls integration, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading a project management team of 4–8 people.
• Working knowledge of low-voltage wiring, DMX512, DALI-2, and electrical or control system schematics.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to hold or successfully pass OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to perform construction-site duties, including walking up to 2 miles, reaching, climbing, lifting, operating power tools, and working from a ladder up to 15 feet.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
