IT Project Manager, CTO's Operating Partner

Location: Remote from Nicaragua; availability during US business hours and for after-hours requests on short notice.

What you will do

• Maintain a single source of truth for IT, Security, and Product initiatives, including owners, dates, status, risks, and decisions.
• Run the Technology operating cadence, including leadership agendas, meeting notes, action tracking, renewal calendars, budget tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics, cross-department requests, and documentation for the CTO.
• Track commitments across teams, surface blockers early, escalate with recommendations, and close the loop with stakeholders.
• Use AI technologies and hirify.global’s Nova ecosystem to improve and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations supporting a senior technology leader.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs in a work-management tool.
• Advanced spoken and written English at C1+ level or higher.
• Comfort with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement workflows.
• Technical literacy sufficient to track IT, security, and software work and ask effective questions.
• Strong follow-through and availability during US business hours, with after-hours availability on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience running business operations with modern agentic tools such as Grok Bot or Claude Cowork.
