Salesforce Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario

What you will do

• Manage project financials, scope, schedules, and delivery for Salesforce and AI implementation projects.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact and facilitate status meetings with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead kickoff sessions to define business outcomes, success metrics, and measurable delivery goals.
• Own requirements coordination, user story creation, grooming sessions, acceptance criteria, and traceability through delivery.
• Coordinate solution design, presentations, User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, and end-user training readiness.
• Serve as an Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle for CRM and product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering packaged software or custom implementations on the Salesforce Platform.
• Professional services or consulting experience and practical application of Agile project management approaches.
• Experience with Salesforce.com as a project manager or Scrum leader, including estimation, sizing, SOWs, and change orders.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content to client stakeholders.
• Salesforce or AI delivery experience overseeing blueprint and implementation projects.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification plus either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.

Nice to have

• Background as a Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional or Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-success skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
