Founding Engineer (AI)

Location: Argentina; hybrid role with in-person work in San Francisco and willingness to relocate required

Salary: $50K–$70K annually plus 0.5% equity

hirify.global is building Convexity, an AI operations manager and source of truth for distributor and manufacturer inventory.

What you will do

• Own Convexity’s architecture and technical direction as a technical co-leader alongside the founders.
• Build and ship products end-to-end across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI.
• Convert orders from emails and marketplaces into sales orders and invoices, forecast demand at the SKU level, and automate purchasing recommendations.
• Make product and technical decisions that balance rapid execution with scalable systems.
• Work directly with customers to understand distributor operations and turn problems into shipped features.
• Help hire and build the engineering team and culture.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in at least one area with the ability to grow quickly across the stack.
• Experience building ambitious systems from zero.
• Strong experience with some of Python, React, TypeScript, APIs, and databases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Based in Argentina and willing to relocate to San Francisco.
• C1 English proficiency required.
