Software Quality Assurance Engineer I (Lottery)

Location: Hybrid role based in Madison, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $39,848–$103,002 estimated starting annual compensation

What you will do

• Develop test documentation, execute system tests, and maintain secure, organized test environments.
• Record, report, and track defects to provide accurate system status.
• Analyze data and changing customer requirements to support quality assurance activities.
• Review site software specifications and help develop QA procedures, test plans, checklists, and operations procedures.
• Write and maintain local RFSS and TIR documentation.
• Train junior site resources and collaborate with software, operations, and local customer teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to independently handle most medium-complexity testing activities under limited supervision.
• Knowledge of SEI, CMM, or ITIL frameworks is suggested.
• Must work in the Madison, Wisconsin area in a hybrid, site-based capacity.
