Travel Business Associate (Business Analysis, Associate)

Location: Rosslyn, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule required

Salary: $106,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather and document travel business processes for an E-Government Travel System.
• Analyze financial and compensation systems and develop alternative solutions through what-if analysis.
• Elicit and analyze business and system requirements through user groups, interviews, and regulatory research.
• Draft requirements, design, and process-improvement documents.
• Develop test plans, execute manual and automated test scripts, and document results with clients.
• Monitor project status across lifecycle phases and provide product management deliverables and subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience with the software development lifecycle or project management.
• Expertise with E-Government Travel Systems and Federal Travel Regulations.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, multitasking ability, and professional demeanor.
• BA/BS degree.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and upgrade to a Top Secret clearance as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CGI Momentum applications.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, software testing, and robotic process automation tools such as UiPath or UFT.
