Principal Product Manager (Logging and Analytics Platform)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the Santa Clara or Bellevue, Washington office

Base salary: $196,000–$245,000 USD per year, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and scale the platform roadmap for reliability, scalability, capacity planning, and customer-facing logging capabilities.
• Lead log streaming products across cloud-to-cloud, on-premises, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Drive integrations with leading SIEM platforms and help Security Operations Centers operationalize hirify.global logs.
• Partner with legal, security, compliance, and engineering teams on global privacy regulations and data governance.
• Align logging requirements across hirify.global product lines and lead common platform initiatives.
• Develop next-generation capabilities, including AgenticOps integration and innovative monetization models.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management or comparable experience, including launching and scaling cloud security products.
• Deep expertise in petabyte-scale, high-throughput logging and telemetry platforms, including ingestion, streaming, batch processing, and distributed architectures.
• Strong knowledge of network security and protocols, including proxies, firewalls, TLS, PKI, and HTTP/S.
• Experience with SIEM integrations, data governance standards, and cloud-native services at hyperscalers or major SaaS providers.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical use of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara or Bellevue office three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Prior systems administration or DevOps experience in hyperscaler environments.
• Experience with business cases, pricing, SaaS metrics, SLAs, and enterprise negotiations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Sales, and Support.
