C# Developer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Remote within the United States only

Compensation: $122,148–$280,800 USD total target compensation, depending on U.S. geographic zone.

What you will do

• Develop and support hirify.global Backup for Microsoft 365.
• Plan and create product features.
• Communicate with participants across the product development process.
• Work with C#, .NET, REST, PowerShell, WPF, cloud platforms, databases, and messaging systems.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in the United States; remote work is not available from other countries.
• Strong knowledge of C# and 3–5 years of relevant development experience.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing for relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience developing for public clouds such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Analytical skills, clear logic, independence, flexibility, and common sense.

Nice to have

• Windows platform knowledge, including .NET and WinAPI.
• Experience debugging event-based systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or Office 365.
• Commercial development experience with mass-market products.
