Senior Staff Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; in-office collaboration is expected 10+ days per month

Annual base salary: $216,000–$270,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for high-stakes regulatory product surfaces and prepare the platform for new jurisdictions and requirements.
• Define and develop the Trust Platform, including reusable components, configurable controls, APIs, and initial use cases.
• Build scalable tooling for information-request and review workflows across product lines.
• Balance platform flexibility with control as other product teams build on reusable components.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and other product teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space.
• Significant Product Manager experience, including Staff or Senior Staff-level work.
• Experience developing and expanding platform products, reusable primitives, and APIs used by other teams.
• Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or another high-stakes regulatory domain.
• Technical depth to evaluate system design and trade-offs, with the ability to operate independently across multiple functions.
• Comfort prioritizing and building new products in a high-ambiguity environment.
