Senior Project Manager - Human Resources

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end regional and global HR initiatives covering talent management, employee experience, workforce planning, HR technology, benefits, and compliance.
• Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific to align decisions and deliver project outcomes.
• Localize and deploy global HR programs across multiple markets while adapting execution to regional business requirements and regulations.
• Lead organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives, including implementation planning, adoption, and disruption mitigation.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, governance, executive reporting, risks, and performance metrics.
• Develop scalable project management frameworks, playbooks, and operating models for repeatable HR program delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including work supporting Human Resources, People Operations, Talent, or organizational initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across Asia Pacific and navigating diverse cultural and business environments.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, executive stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and operational delivery skills.
• Knowledge of regional employment practices and regulatory considerations is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational technology or high-growth global organization.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Thai, or Filipino (Tagalog).
