Operations Manager (Robotics)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work model

Salary: CAD 128,850–171,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead the operational activities of the hirify.global Robotics Canada local unit, covering project management, engineering, production, order administration, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, and logistics.
• Develop and execute a customer-focused operations strategy aligned with business and division targets.
• Own operational KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, project margins, and profitability.
• Lead the ISO 9001:2015 audit and certified quality management system.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, cost-saving, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and direct a capable operations organization while managing risks, safety, resources, capacity, and talent development.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, project management, and quality assurance or operational excellence.
• Experience with budget and performance management, strategy implementation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong customer focus and experience with engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with resource management, capacity planning, governance, and collaborative organizational development.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role contributing to hirify.global Robotics Canada.
