Vice President, Network Development & Contracting (Healthcare)

Salary: $207,000–$392,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead provider network strategy, including access analysis, network operations, and network support for decision-making.
• Oversee provider contracting coordination and negotiations, using financial and operational analysis to support contract decisions.
• Develop provider networks across expansion markets and evaluate coverage, cost, growth, and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for network costs and provider contracts across product lines.
• Review contracting rates and lead unit cost and selective contracting initiatives.
• Support market expansion, M&A due diligence, and provider relations strategy with health plan executives and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network development, provider relations, or contracting management within healthcare or managed care.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MBA or MHA is preferred.
