VP, M&A & Transformation

What you will do

• Lead M&A processes covering acquisitions, material minority investments, and divestitures.
• Manage strategic rationale, project management, due diligence, negotiations, and third-party advisors.
• Build relationships with investment banks, private equity funds, management consultants, partners, customers, and senior business executives.
• Develop financial models and evaluate specific M&A opportunities, including acquisition and divestiture targets.
• Support venture investments and corporate strategy initiatives in collaboration with executives and business functions.
• Prepare corporate strategy, M&A, and venture investing materials for board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, plus six years of progressively responsible experience.
• Alternatively, a relevant Master’s degree and four years of experience may be accepted.
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and structuring of M&A transactions.
• Experience with pipeline management, strategy development, target evaluation, and divestiture or sale assessments.
• Applicants must be based in the United States for this Jacksonville, Florida position.
