What you will do

• Develop and evaluate product support strategies aligned with acquisition objectives, program goals, and lifecycle sustainment requirements.
• Identify infrastructure, processes, procedures, resources, and logistics requirements needed to maintain system capabilities through development, fielding, operations, and sustainment.
• Integrate systems engineering characteristics such as reliability, maintainability, availability, and supportability with logistics and integrated product support requirements.
• Integrate the 12 integrated product support elements with procurement, budgeting, and resource planning strategies.
• Coordinate product support planning across engineering, acquisition, logistics, operations, maintenance, supply chain, and program management stakeholders.
• Advise senior Government and contractor leaders, assess capability gaps and sustainment risks, and lead complex product support initiatives.

Requirements

• Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, business, supply chain management, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product support, integrated product support, logistics management, lifecycle sustainment, or defense acquisition.
• Recognized subject-matter expertise in product support, logistics, or integrated product support for complex defense systems.
• Experience integrating product support elements with systems engineering, procurement, budgeting, and sustainment planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
