Lead Finance Manager

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis, budget planning, execution, forecasting, and resource-management support for technical federal programs.
• Research and analyze financial and manpower data from government systems, databases, and records.
• Identify financial trends, anomalies, and potential resource gaps.
• Develop long-range financial plans, detailed budget forecasts, and multi-year funding profiles.
• Monitor approved financial-plan execution and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience, master’s degree plus 8+ years, or PhD plus 5+ years.
• Comprehensive budget and data-analysis experience supporting financial planning and execution.
• Experience with ABIDES, iRMIS, and PBES, plus deep knowledge of the PPBE process.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, oral communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
