What you will do

• Lead and oversee financial consulting services for employee benefit clients.
• Oversee monthly financial reports and develop reporting requirements and customizations.
• Evaluate financial, utilization, demographic, and claims data for clients and prospective clients.
• Support renewal negotiations, plan changes, and alternative funding recommendations.
• Support Benefit Consultants with meeting materials, coverage information, and contracts.
• Represent Brown & Brown's financial strategy in finalist presentations and client meetings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related industry experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and independent decision-making skills.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong vendor relationship knowledge.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to perform Senior Analyst responsibilities.
