What you will do

• Manage the timely and accurate movement of freight and related information.
• Monitor operational effectiveness, service provider approvals, connectivity, and other key performance metrics.
• Process files accurately and on time using company systems including CFIT, ETMS, CRM, ECCO, and EDOC.
• Meet shipment performance standards, maintain compliance, and ensure accurate customer and vendor billing.
• Handle customer correspondence professionally and follow customer SOPs.
• Escalate operational, compliance, accounting, and safety issues to the appropriate leads or managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in foreign trade or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in logistics or domestic transportation is preferred.
• Knowledge of the global logistics industry and strong customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good computer skills, including the ability to learn new programs and use Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Hazardous Materials Certification (HAZMAT).
