Financial Advisory Manager

What you will do

• Manage financial due diligence, lender due diligence, independent business reviews, short-term cashflow reviews, options reports, and Employer Covenant reviews.
• Scope projects, determine resource requirements, manage timelines, and lead day-to-day client communication.
• Analyse historical financial information, forecasts, daily and weekly cashflows, and financial models.
• Prepare and review reports, identify issues, challenge assumptions, and present findings to clients.
• Lead client take-on, risk, AML, and regulatory compliance processes across assignments.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members while supporting proposals, networking, and business development.

Requirements

• At least three years of post-qualified ACA/ACCA experience is preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis, data and model interrogation, and strong Excel skills.
• Experience in an advisory, restructuring, or corporate finance environment, including distressed advisory and M&A transactions.
• Experience working with lenders or clients on debt transactions.
• Strong numerical, financial, report-writing, document-production, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to manage multiple projects to demanding deadlines.
