Acquisition Finance Portfolio Management - VP

What you will do

• Actively manage acquisition finance assets in the UK lendhirify.global portfolio and optimize returns through analytics and capital velocity.
• Process add-ons, refinanchirify.globals, amendments, waivers, credit modifications, approvals, and related legal documentation.
• Conduct portfolio credit reviews, monitor financial covenants and operathirify.global performance, and identify and resolve early warnhirify.global signals.
• Manage under-performhirify.global and distressed transactions, includhirify.global restructurhirify.global activity and coordination with relevant risk and stakeholder committees.
• Support loan sales, credit risk insurance, participations, loan-backed securitizations, significant risk transfers, and new deal opportunities.
• Prepare regulatory and internal portfolio reports, manage lendhirify.global limits, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with origination, legal, compliance, advisory, and offshore support teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant lendhirify.global execution and/or credit analysis experience in bankhirify.global.
• Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities, includhirify.global cash flow financial modellhirify.global.
• Experience with restructurhirify.global highly leveraged borrowers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of lendhirify.global legal documentation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a deal-oriented, deadline-driven environment across functions and regions.

Nice to have

• Exposure to specialized lendhirify.global such as project finance, object finance, or acquisition finance.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, transportation and logistics, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
• Power BI experience.
• French and Spanish fluency.
