GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: In person in New York; full team works from the SoHo office.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered healthcare network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma companies to help patients start treatment faster.

What you will do

• Identify where AI and automation can improve growth-team performance and business outcomes.
• Build systems for provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and productivity.
• Connect the CRM, data warehouse, internal systems, and third-party tools through integrated workflows.
• Choose and combine tools such as Clay, n8n, LLMs, APIs, Python, and JavaScript.
• Take projects from prototype through rollout and training, incorporating user feedback.
• Measure accuracy, adoption, and business impact while testing and deploying useful new tools and models.

Requirements

• Experience shipping internal tools, automations, or AI-powered systems that changed how a team works.
• Hands-on experience using code or AI-assisted development, APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Practical experience with LLMs and agents, including judgment about their reliability.
• Resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of moving quickly to deliver results.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, including company leadership.
• Ability to work in person from New York.
