Solutions Engineer (AI)

Salary: $140K–$190K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop deep technical knowledge of the hirify.global platform to support customers.
• Design and architect solutions with developers and business decision-makers.
• Debug API requests, troubleshoot production issues, and provide actionable resolutions.
• Identify recurring problems, improve documentation, and collaborate with engineering on root-cause fixes.
• Create developer resources, including sample code, and automate processes to reduce resolution times.
• Enable enterprise customers to integrate and scale the platform using best practices.

Requirements

• Strong development experience or the ability to build, deploy, and debug end-to-end applications.
• Experience handling multiple clients, projects, and technical issues simultaneously.
• Customer-focused, solution-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain highly technical issues clearly and simply.
• Comfort working with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and complex technical integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML models or video processing APIs.
