Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco (Hybrid)

Compensation: $140,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Become a technical expert on the platform to support diverse customer needs.
• Architect and ideate technical solutions that align with customer business goals.
• Diagnose and resolve API and production issues for enterprise partners.
• Create developer resources such as sample code and documentation.
• Improve product reliability by fixing bugs at the root level and streamlining technical workflows.
• Own technical enablement to help enterprise teams scale their platform usage.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with the ability to build, deploy, and debug end-to-end applications.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from San Francisco.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and complex technical integrations.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into clear, simple explanations.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on developer experience.
