What you will do

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to produce actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, engineering, and service stakeholders.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data-driven analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Document processes and requirements and support implementation of process improvement solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program and return to school after the internship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related disciplines is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.
