Early Career Intern - Investment Technology

Location: Houston, Texas; must be able to work in the Houston office. The workplace model requires at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Learn hirify.global’s business model across investment, product, sales, operations, and corporate services.
• Shadow end-to-end technology solutions supporting investment operations and trust services.
• Build capabilities in areas such as business analysis, project management, application or web development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, and infrastructure engineering.
• Participate in technology team meetings and contribute ideas that support positive change.
• Develop technical aptitude, business insight, and collaboration skills through project work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a rising junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and completion of technical coursework.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and work effectively across teams with varied strengths.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; no employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, or CPT support is provided.

Nice to have

• Major or academic focus in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Intermediate proficiency with Python, Java, React, Angular, SQL, Power BI, or Excel.
