Value Management & Financial Operations Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; core work hours are based on Eastern Time, with flexibility depending on exact location. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead operational budget management, forecasting, invoicing oversight, and financial planning across a complex portfolio.
• Develop portfolio-level financial reporting, performance scorecards, and spend visibility.
• Build business cases and investment recommendations with business, technology, finance, and operations leaders.
• Identify, quantify, and track expected value for strategic initiatives.
• Establish processes for benefits realization measurement and reporting.
• Support investment prioritization, funding reviews, performance analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, operations, strategy, or portfolio management.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.
• Experience developing business cases, evaluating investments, and communicating financial and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading highly complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale healthcare, technology, or transformation portfolios.
• Experience with benefits realization, value management, or portfolio management disciplines.
• Experience preparing recommendations for executive leadership review.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer operations, Stars, Risk Adjustment, Clinical Data Exchange, or technology portfolios.
• MBA, CPA, PMP, or a similar advanced certification.
