Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

hirify.global is recruiting for a mid-sized private company seeking an FP&A leader to support strategic financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and operational decision-making.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain long-range planning and cash flow forecasting models.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Partner with business and operational leaders on financial plans, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Review monthly financial results, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial projections and evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support treasury, liquidity, funding, compliance reporting, and cash management activities.
• Manage, develop, and provide direction to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance or FP&A experience.
• Experience managing a company’s long-range planning model and cash flow forecasting models.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Previous leadership or people-management experience.
• Strong project management, process management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Treasury or cash management experience.
