Network Manager II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, USA; support for provider networks across Tennessee with travel to provider offices or virtual meetings as required

What you will do

• Support provider networks by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
• Assist with contract negotiations, provider enrollment issues, escalations, and complex problem resolution.
• Implement and monitor provider programs, enterprise initiatives, and process changes.
• Identify educational strategies and provide training and support to improve provider compliance and experience.
• Lead reporting and analysis projects covering provider financial performance and service relationships.
• Travel to provider offices or conduct virtual meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in provider relations and network development, with an emphasis on healthcare education and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of contract language, reimbursement methodologies, managed care processes, case-mix adjustment, utilization management, and claims payment applications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license required; employees who routinely drive for company business must comply with the Driver Safety Program and vehicle insurance requirements.
