Account Manager (FAST/AVOD)

Salary: Up to £59,665 plus £5,441 London Weighting, depending on skills, knowledge and experience. Bonus: 15% OTE.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships with more than 15 FAST partners, including Samsung, Pluto and Amazon, and run quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate with Editorial and Finance teams to launch content, unlock FAST revenue and track actuals against forecasts.
• Manage the FAST advertising interface, including impressions, CPM, yield and optimisation strategy.
• Lead distribution and ad sales contract negotiations, renewals and best-practice development with Legal.
• Identify, qualify and pitch new FAST platform partnerships across EMEA.
• Build commercial propositions, model ROI and assess emerging FAST and AVOD opportunities.

Requirements

• Substantial account management experience with strategic platform or distribution partners.
• Demonstrable understanding of the FAST and AVOD ecosystem and major EMEA platforms.
• Working knowledge of digital ad sales and substantial sales or business development experience in digital media, streaming or broadcast.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience with digital monetisation models.
• Strong commercial and financial literacy, including tracking actuals against forecasts and building ROI cases.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is subject to employment screening checks.
