Account Executive (Healthcare)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Build trusted client relationships and coordinate day-to-day delivery with account leads and cross-functional content, strategy, and creative teams.
• Support client and internal meetings, presentations, agendas, decks, and follow-up communications.
• Review copy, layouts, artwork, media plans, and production materials against agreed strategies and business objectives.
• Manage project scope, budgets, estimates, billing, invoices, timelines, and client approvals.
• Monitor work in progress, anticipate risks, communicate changes, and develop solutions.
• Analyze program results and prepare recaps, recommendations, and presentations for clients and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Completed scientific degree with a specialization in marketing or economics.
• Two years of industry experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Current knowledge of agency offerings and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with office attendance averaging four days per week in London.
