TL;DR
Analyst (Legal) (Asset & Wealth Management): Supporting attorneys in AWM Public Legal on fund information, legal entity governance, regulatory requests, and compliance matters with an accent on entity formation, maintenance, dissolution, and AML/KYC processes. Focus on drafting and reviewing governing documents, responding to internal and external inquiries, and handling regulatory-related documentation in a fast-paced legal environment.

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; office-based

What you will do

  • Support attorneys in AWM Public Legal across businesses, funds, and transactions.
  • Manage legal entity creation, maintenance, and dissolution, including formation and governing documents.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries about AWM Public fund information.
  • Assist with anti-money laundering and KYC requests.
  • Respond to regulatory requests and review documents for compliance requirements.
  • Perform additional governance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage simultaneous matters under deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability, initiative, sound judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Keen interest in legal frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Experience with legal entity formation and knowledge of legal entity structures.
  • Prior paralegal experience.
