TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Public APIs): Defining and developing Qonto's Public API strategy, roadmap, and governance framework for integrations, MCP, Qonto Embed, and partner connectivity with an accent on platform consistency, developer self-service, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on evaluating API consumers and use cases, improving documentation and developer tooling, and aligning product and engineering teams around a shared API foundation.
Location: Hybrid in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Madrid, Milan, or Belgrade

What you will do
- Define the Public API strategy, roadmap, and next product bets.
- Own the product and governance framework for APIs used by integrations, MCP, Embed, and partners.
- Establish consistent ways for teams to build and expose endpoints and enable partner self-service.
- Evaluate API consumers, use cases, current strengths, and improvement areas.
- Align product managers, engineering managers, and senior stakeholders around API priorities.
Requirements
- Solid product management experience with ownership of a shared product and its roadmap.
- Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, APIs, integrations, platforms, or developer-facing products.
- Comfort working with API documentation, developer tools, code, and engineering teams.
- Experience aligning multiple teams without hierarchical authority.
- Clear communication with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, payments, or partner integrations.
- Curiosity about AI tools and vibe coding.
