Owner Success Associate (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Hospitality management company combining technology with property management services and developing its own RentalReady software.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day requests for a portfolio of property owners and keep them informed about their properties.
• Support new owners through onboarding and track open requests to ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare performance updates and owner statements covering occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
• Resolve owner questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Account Manager when needed.
• Maintain accurate owner communications and portfolio information in the CRM.
• Share recurring issues and owner feedback with relevant teams to improve the owner experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, client support, or account coordination.
• Clear, friendly communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and reliability.
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and develop toward account management.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, real estate, or property management.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and DTCM holiday home regulations.
• Arabic language skills.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
