Senior Analytics Engineer (Snowflake)

Location: Latin America; fully remote

Builds and scales AI, ML, and data teams for U.S. companies using technical talent from Latin America.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes for data integration, transformation, and aggregation.
• Translate stakeholder data requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Implement data validation, cleansing, monitoring, and quality controls.
• Optimize the performance and efficiency of data pipelines and analytics processes.
• Build and test analytics code using version control, continuous integration, and other CI/CD practices.
• Create documented data models, catalogs, and definitions while collaborating with data scientists and analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Experience designing ETL processes and advanced, modular SQL-based transformations.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and T-SQL.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
