Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

What you will do

• Architect, build, and deploy modern data pipelines in Snowflake, dbt, and Dagster.
• Design automated, modular transformation pipelines using a clean, tiered architecture from raw ingestion to governed data marts.
• Develop scalable data models and support the machine learning lifecycle within Snowflake.
• Implement automated data quality testing, lineage tracking, role-based access control, and dynamic masking for sensitive customer information.
• Guide engineering practices across CI/CD, version control, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with product managers, analytics leads, and platform architects in agile delivery cycles.

Requirements

• Senior or lead-level experience architecting and operating enterprise cloud data warehouse solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Python engineering skills.
• Deep experience with modern data transformation frameworks, workflow DAG orchestrators, and dbt data modeling.
• Hands-on experience building automated unit and integration test suites, lineage tracking, and role-based privacy controls.
• Experience with machine learning development lifecycles within Snowflake.
• Experience working in fast-paced agile sprint cadences and breaking down complex epics into shippable increments.
