Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 900–1,200 PLN per day on a B2B contract + VAT

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and resilient data pipelines for a financial Recovery Data Management project.
• Own deliveries end to end, from implementation and testing through production deployment.
• Build and optimize solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Integrate data from enterprise APIs and other sources.
• Drive automation and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Proven experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Strong data modeling skills and experience designing scalable, resilient data pipelines.
• Experience with API integrations, modern data architectures, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end deliveries.
