Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $129,600–$178,200 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the Commercial Strategy & Analytics roadmap and commercial modeling layer.
• Build tested and documented dbt models for ARR, bookings, pipeline, upsell, whitespace, ICP fit, and account scoring.
• Develop semantic layers that support self-service analytics for analysts and business users.
• Build AI-powered tools and automations to improve analytics team productivity.
• Establish standards for data architecture, QA, governance, version control, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, enterprise data, and analytics teams to define problems and deliver data solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data or analytics, including 3+ years in analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience building GTM analytical models such as account scoring, ICP, propensity, or whitespace analysis.
• Advanced data modeling experience and ownership of production models in Snowflake or a similar enterprise warehouse.
• Expert SQL and solid Python skills for discovery, workflows, and automation.
• Experience with Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, semantic layers, ETL/ELT pipelines, Git, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business questions into reliable data models.
