Senior Acquisition Program Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: El Segundo, California, USA; onsite support for U.S. Space Force organizations

Salary: USD 220,000–260,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide acquisition management and program analysis support for complex Department of Defense space programs.
• Coordinate acquisition activities, priorities, taskers, action items, suspense dates, and deliverables across Government organizations and mission partners.
• Analyze program, financial, schedule, performance, funding, contracting, and requirements information to identify trends, risks, issues, and impacts.
• Research and synthesize complex information into briefings, reports, executive summaries, spreadsheets, and decision-support materials.
• Support acquisition planning, requirements development, program execution, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Develop recommendations and courses of action for senior Government leadership using acquisition and program-management systems.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in acquisition, program management, business management, or operations, preferably in the DoD or space domain.
• PMT 4010 Certificate or predecessor course, qualifying support for DoD ACAT I and II acquisition programs.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and space launch, ground, and sustainment programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
